It doesn't redirect for me.
Can you give us an example URL?

i can confirm that:
http://havocdynamics.xtreemhost.com/
does that redirect stuff, although i closed it before seeing where it redirected.
vishalhd, please be sure it's not caused by a 404 or other error(the usual cause)
I'm sure Glenn will help you sort it out once he's on.

Strange, but it's not redirecting for me.
I will have to ask you to create a support ticket in your vistapanel. Our technicians will be able to help you further.

That's got to be a puzzle.

When I load the site, it loads but immediately redirects.  I can see the page for about 2 seconds before the redirect happens to load mybookface.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I get myfacebook site instead. Is it a configuration problem that you can help me solve or I should open a ticket to support?

I would really appreciate your answer.
Thanks

link to your site please udelledo.

it can be a bad file causing a 404, but we can't tell without knowing what site to check.

ok, pkzizi.xtreemhost.com seems fine, i get no 500 error, but i see the default page like nothing has been installed yet.
pkzizi.co.cc indeed redirects, and instantly, so either there is no index page(index.html, index.htm, or index.php) or you do have a problem that needs a ticket.

if you create a blank index.html page for both sites, then you/ we will know better.
otherwise, you can wait until Glenn comes on, and he will be able to check closer.

Mhm, I'm not understanding very well.

During my sign-up process I've been asked to register a co.cc domain, which I did, but the only ftp address I've been provided is the one on xtreemhost.

I'm uploading there my site.

As you suggested I've deleted everything in the default index.htm but I still get error 500.

Do you have any other suggetion?

I've also opened a ticket to support, so don't bother if this issue has to be solved by support team, but thank you very much for your help

Hi.
I had the same problem. I solved thanks to support.

You should try to add the domain to the add-on domain list in the vista panel.

Hope this helps
