WordPress 3.1 Import Function Not Working (Its the server, i'm sure)

Hey, i just installed WP 3.1 on HavocDynamics.xtreemhost.com
and while it works, inside of the admin panel, where i am to import my XML data, the page loads and tell's me my account is suspended, but everything else works and is fine.

To be extact a webpage with the Name webcache109.com comes up with this:

Can you help? I need this site to be up.

This is probably because the import of the XML data requires more processing time than allowed on the free plan or is using more RAM / CPU than allowed on free...

just a note, i never actually get to the import form. Is there any way around this?

Can you let us know what you're actually trying to do? What is the XML file you're trying to import? This can't be imported as SQL in your database?

I exported all of my posts, comments etc. from my previous blog and did a fresh install of wordpress 3.1, then i tried to import it.

You would be better to export your database to a SQL file and import this using phpMyAdmin.

Here's the problem, because I was unaware of this beforehand, i had already cleared my DB's. Its only stored on an XML file now. What can I do now?

You could install xampp on your pc and import it and then export to sql and then you can import it on your site.

Download your version that your using and then follow the instructions to install and then after its all installed and the services are running you can then go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin

Everything is working, except the things that require remote connections.

why can't i change a theme then? that's stored on the subdomain?

That's working fine for us. Just upload your theme using FTP and change default theme.
