Lost login and user name on a crashed HD

Is there any way I can recover my account?
My hard drive (died)crashed with my account data on it. Completely froze up.
My sites also seem to not be able to get a mySQL connection.

Can you give me your correct username? They always start with xth_ followed by some numbers.

I wish I could I lost everything. I have a good live cd now that does back ups. But I lost everythiing even log in.

From me. Asking about the 3mb of something in mySql data base(because mySQL says there is 3mb there,But that I dont have any databases). Asking what happened to the data.
And asking for any type of help restoring my data base driven sites.

As said already, no we don't have backups on the free servers. It's your own responsibility as a webmaster to keep regular backups of both your files and databases.
