website is unavailable without www

The website I built worked fine for almost a year now, but just recently I received complaints about not being able to reach it without www. Before it, what changed? Why is it doing this now? and how can I fix it?

We're not seeing any issues with your domain name and A records for both with and without WWW are set up correctly:

When I ping that ip i get "request timed out"

Why is www. My domain and just my domain directed to different IPS?

This would mean your ISP is blocking access to that specific IP... Would you be interested in a 1 month free trial of the Visiba Minimus plan instead? Details: http://www.visiba.com (afterwards: $1.99/month)

We can easily change the IP's on the premium servers if required.

But why would it randomly start blocking the IP??? Besides it says "request timed out"  for the www. IP as well, but it still works in a browser

I'm afraid we can't do anything about it in case your ISP blocks IP's. Free hosting can be abused for phishing etc. While we try to take down such sites as soon as possible, it might be that your ISP already blocks the IP to prevent you from accessing such sites. We're very sorry about it, but this is something which is out of our control.

The free trial offer for Visiba is still valid, please let me know if interested.

If I use the free trial and request a now IP, will I be able to cancel after the free trial is over and go back to free hosting?

Visiba is hosted on totally different servers which will come with other IP's. We can't change IP's on free hosting.

For the record if enyone else ever has this problem, I found a solution.

All you have to do is simply delete the domain you have the problem with from addon domains and then re add the domain, I believe it will assign it a new IP address. It worked for me
