<p>Everyone needs a break every now and then, and our support team are the same! (they have not had time off for 357 days!)</p>
<p>Therefore the following schedule is now in place.</p>
<p>24th Dec Support tickets will be answered till 15:00GMT<br />
25th Dec Free client tickets will not be replied to.<br />
26th Dec Free client tickets will not be replied to.<br />
27th Dec Normal Support<br />
28th Dec Normal Support<br />
29th Dec Normal Support<br />
30th Dec Free client tickets will not be replied to.<br />
1st Jan Free client tickets will not be replied to.</p>
<p>Over this period, paid customers will receive normal support (however tickets may take longer to clear as staff will be working remotely)</p>
<p>We wish everyone a great time over this special period of the year!</p>
