At this time, direct FTP access is disabled for all free hosting accounts as we perform work on the backend which will take about 10 hours or so to complete.

In the meantime access to your files via the Online File Manager in VistaPanel is recommended should you need to upload, delete or perform other file operations on your free hosting account.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and will work hard to get direct FTP access back up and running as quickly as possible.
