Yes, our free hosting services support custom .htaccess files however we have disabled certain .htaccess directives for security reasons but most .htaccess directives are fully enabled.

Please note that if you do not have your .htaccess permissions set to CHMOD 644, your site may not load properly for you nor your visitors.
