Sometimes we receive very funny support requests by email. A nice example is this one, that we received yesterday:

Hello you make me site down www.vipskills.xtreemhost.com make this site up or i come withe me 750 k botnet and ddos you hosting ! Ok ? i have legal Cheating site iam 16 years old and i have fun you have NO virus or trojaner of this server me site is clean !

If people think that we will provide support with such emails, they are definitely wrong. Our dedicated support team answers every support request with care, but obviously we don’t answer such emails.

Don’t forget that we provide this hosting totally free and still people write such things…
